Medico competente

Quando è necessario designare il medico competente in un’azienda? Secondo il Testo Unico, nella maggior parte delle aziende è richiesta la designazione di un medico competente per vigilare sulla salute e la sicurezza dei lavoratori, in stretta collaborazione con il datore di lavoro. Uno dei dubbi più comuni tra i datori di lavoro o i proprietari di aziende riguarda la necessità e il momento giusto per nominare un Medico Competente per la propria azienda. La risposta non è immediata e, senza riferimenti chiari, trovare questa informazione nel complicato Decreto 81/08 può essere difficile. Il datore di lavoro, oltre ad adempiere agli altri obblighi di legge relativi alla salute e alla sicurezza, potrebbe dover nominare un medico competente se la sua azienda espone i lavoratori a rischi specifici che richiedono sorveglianza sanitaria regolare.  CHE COS’È LA MEDICINA DEL LAVORO? Piani di emergenza e piani sanitari nell’ambito di eventi e manifestazioni Gli organizzatori di eventi o manifestazioni avendo la responsabilità diretta di tutto quanto può accadere devono far redigere un piano di emergenza e un piano sanitario (SAFETY and SECURITY) in cui vengono definite tutte le attenzioni e le risorse che devono essere messe in atto per la buona riuscita dell’evento/manifestazione garantendo la sicurezza di atleti e spettatori e la tranquillità dell’organizzatore. Ma chi può dare indicazioni all’organizzatore di quali risorse vanno messe in campo?  Le indicazioni di base derivano dall’Accordo Stato Regioni del 5 agosto 2014 e dalla successiva direttiva del 28 luglio 2017 del Ministero dell’Interno. Per la redazione di un piano sanitario e di un piano di emergenza è necessario fare riferimento ad esperti del settore che prendono in carico le vostre esigenze e le inseriscono nei piani richiesti portandoli all’attenzione degli Enti Istituzionali che sulla base del livello di rischio prescrivono quali risorse sanitarie e relative alla sicurezza devono essere disposte.
